Relationship Policy
SGM has created a Relationship Policy document which is jointly produced and agreed with our customers, and sets out the basis of our agreement, with agreed response times, service levels, damage procedure, damage costs and confirmed hire rates.
Our policy document allows us to agree and confirm in detail the basis of our agreement, which ensures initially and ongoing, clarity at all levels within the relationship.
We recognise that our customers have continually challenging targets to meet, and only if we assist our customers in meeting these targets and identifying potential problem areas, or improvements, can we really provide a quality service which can add real value back into the services our customers offer.
Within our Relationship Policy we ensure that all service provisions are agreed and service standards set, which further clarifies our relationship with our customers, and which allows this to be communicated at all levels of our agreement.
