At SGM we recognise our responsibilities under the Health and Safety act. We have therefore put in place stringent Health & Safety management procedures so that the safest working practices are adopted, protecting our employees and our customers.
SGM is able to offer a wide range of training up to Lantra standard for machinery Operators, tailored to suit the hirers various requirements. All training is offered in order to assist you to comply with the Health and Safety requirements of the Industry.
Additional benefits can be gained from educating Machinery operators with the advancement of
individual skills, which will lead to increased productivity whilst at the same time bring savings through lower
maintenance and running costs.
Up to date statistical information is available to all of our customers on vibration and noise emission levels. Our Business Managers
are on hand to assist our customers in identfying possible harmful exposure levels. With the development of low and anti vibration
machinery and through our Strategic Supplier Relationships (SSR's) we provide a fleet that provides maximum protection
for our customers and employees. We are committed to working with our manufacturing partners in the development and progression of
machinery to further improve levels of protection.
